It has the capabilities of scheme simulation at the early stage of a project, structural mechanical verification, 3D modeling and construction drawing detailing, enabling it to handle large-size, irregular and highly difficult customized signage projects.

      In actual projects, the technical team optimizes product structure and material selection based on the climate and environment of the project location and the conditions at the installation site. For signage intended for long-term outdoor use, the focus is on anti-corrosion, sun protection and resistance to wind and rain; for public spaces with heavy foot traffic, factors such as safety, wear resistance and ease of maintenance are taken into account; and for energy and chemical industry scenarios, the solutions are matched to the safety codes and requirements of those industries.

      Technological innovation does not stop at the drawing stage; it also reaches the production workshop. The factory has introduced a full set of CNC processing equipment to carry out processes such as laser cutting, precision bending, seamless welding and dust-free spray coating, turning design schemes into physical products. At the same time, a technical review mechanism has been established to transform the experience accumulated across different projects into internal process standards, continuously improving product stability.
